Furuno exhibited at the JETRO Pavilion of 'Japan Health,' held at INTEX Osaka from June 25 to 27, 2025.
We showcased an ultrasonic muscle imaging system, an ultrasound bone densitometer, and an clinical chemistry analyzer.
The UT-2000 is a palm-sized ultrasound scanner designed to simplify the visualization of cross-sectional muscle shape. By simply moving the device, the cross-sectional images of the targeted area are displayed on a connected tablet. This innovative system utilizes ultrasound technology, eliminating any risk of radiation exposure while displaying the image of quadriceps femoris.
The CM-300 is a compact and efficient ultrasound bone densitometer that measures the speed of sound through the calcaneus. Featuring a user-friendly interface of the color touch screen, it also delivers high performance and cost-efficiency. Measurement results are automatically printed with reference graphs, making it an ideal solution for group medical examinations and early detection of osteoporosis.
The CA series offers advanced solutions for the measurement of enzymes, lipids, proteins, sugars, and other components in blood, urine, or other specimens. The desktop models, CA-270 and CA-400, are compact analyzers that can be installed in limited spaces while delivering dispensing and photometric accuracy comparable to larger systems. The floor-standing model, CA-800, is a high-performance analyzer designed for continuous and efficient testing of a large number of samples. It also supports expansion through integration with dedicated rack handlers and sample transfer lines.
